Withdraw from BW

Students electing to withdraw or take a leave of absence from BW must use the Semester Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form** (log in using your BW username [omit @advantagebienesraices.com] and password). Withdrawing from all current term classes may occur prior to the deadline to withdraw from a course. Withdrawing from BW may result in a refund to the student. Students should refer to the tuition refund schedule in the billing and refunds policy (located in the refund process and details section). Also, students should contact the One Stop for information on how a withdraw can impact financial aid.

**Note for Graduate Business Students: Graduate business should fill out a separate version of the form. It can be found by clicking the following link: Graduate Business Only – Semester Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form.

Students should notify the University of their intent to withdraw or take a leave of absence from an upcoming term after the current term deadline to withdraw from a course. Students must use the same withdraw/leave of absence form.
